***** within Telkom

During the January i called in to cancel my 20gig rooter and in which I had to pay a early cancelation fee in which I was fine with, which i did pay end of January.

But now i just viewed my February invoice and i just discovered that I am now paying for new contract with Telkom which is costing me R440 plus R99 once off payment which I HAVE NEVER AGREED OR SIGNED FOR. THIS IS TOTALLY *****.

I am highly unhappy about this. I WANT MY MONEY AND THIS RESOLVED OR WILL CANCEL ALL THE OTHER CONTRACTS I HAVE WILL TELKOM PERIOD
