***** with Telkom

A month ago I reported unauthorized debit orders from my account. The gentleman that assisted me told me I have a month to month account with them. Told me he has cancelled it. Yet this month double the amount came off. And they claim not to be able to refund a person. I don't want this service haven't had this account since 2019. Why are you guys still deducting money????
