***** victim by Telkom

I was called by Sell Direct, they claimed I was up for a contract upgrade. I agreed and was sent a new device. A Month later I found out that the upgrade was actually a new contract on top of the 2 I already had. Long story short, a case was opened and an investigation conducted. The outcome was, they will collect the device, a Month and a half after I had given my old device away... all my contacts and pics transfered to the new device, they collected, I'm left with no device, all my contacts and files taken away, gone!!! Two and half Months later I'm still begging telkom to return the debit for the ********** additional contract on my bank acc and a way to recover from the strain I am in, simply because I trusted TELKOM. Every week I have to call them to get an update. Case no: ***3
