***** under mu name

I have been reporting ***** that has happened under my name since June 2015. Telkom has been deducting R1500 per month claiming that I have an account with them. I have been providing them with avidavits every month proving my innocence. Lindani then called me, gave this ref no SM176477. He told me that they have put everything on hold until they finish their investigations. To my surprise today, I found out that I have been blacklisted by Telkom. I need my name to cleared. I work very hard keep my accounts up to date. It is not my fault that they let anyone open an account without any proof like a bank statement, latest payslip or anything for that matter. I advise everyone to be careful with Telkom because they can ruin your life like they did to me
