***** that did happen with my persaonal Detail

I Mr Mokgatlhe I have experience challenge with Telkom Since last year I have been fighting losing battle because of ***** that did happen with my personal details I did visit JHB Main Street and West Gate Mall regarding my case and they did promise me to come back or provide feedback to me after 7 days even now there is nothing happening. I did provide them with all relevant information Affidavit, spice man signature, prove of residence, bank statement and ID copy. What makes me fury is that they i reverse as they did advice me after 2 days they keep debiting with different Ref. Please I am struggling to get Housing Finance because of this even my marriage sink.
