***** ..Telkom balclisted me & claims I opened an accoount with them
***** ..Telkom balclisted me & claims I opened an accoount with them, called the call center early this year sent the mi OD copy & affidavit to cornfim I didnt open an account with them...they told me they escalated & put the account on hold...now months later I do credit check only to fuind out Im blacklisted by the the same commpany...I called Sent all the documnts called calls center reps hang up on my calls...I cant get promoted @ work cz i`m blacklisted by Telkom after following up with them & doing everything to fix & clear my name from their system. please help.

16 Dec 2017, 20:59I still haven't received any feedback, I need a letter & confirmation that my details are removed & desisted on credit bureau, I wont call the call center as your consultants have the habit of dropping our calls when we call. i need feedback ASAP, the letter is needed at work.
