Cancelled my account in February 2018, August 2018 they still debit my account and then I stopped my debit orders from them. Now they threaten with legal action for unpaid account. Thereafter they change their reference number on the debit order and the amount, this they to bypass your debit-stop on my account and several other clients ( as per FNB help desk) This is ***** TELKOM.
