Disgraceful sales service from telkom and the sales process doesnt get done properly.I wanted to take out a new contract and left callbacks and it took days for someone to call and when they did they said they will call back and do a vetting and get everything finalized which they never did.I now get a debit order that went of my account for R229 and i didn't even confirm the contract and give permission to debit my account.Further more i didn't even receive the phone and the sim card.This is *****.I expect someone to call me now
