***** report and cancelation

Someone has used my identity to open a contract with Telkom and I've been running up and down to sort that out, reported that several time and contacting Telkom customer care center in fact all the departments and till this day i haven't been helped, not even a feedback has been given to me, the bill keeps going up and its a bill that i'm not even aware of, I don't have any contract with Telkom.
