***** on off peak data by Telkom

I recently purchased data 40G which means I have 40G off peak whilst I still had 10G left for off peak I noticed on 15/01/2021 that my off peak was utilized and now onl_ left with 21.44G and this is the second time this has happened. I believe telkom is *****ing from it's own customers and each time one raises this issue with them no one replies to you.
