***** on my account and to date NO FEEDBACK

There was ********** activity on my account with Telkom. I sent an affidavit to telkom and to date have not received any feedback. Somehow Telkom allowed a person living in cape Town to buy 3 cellphones on my account and increase my wifi and buy airtime. I sent an email to Telkom ***** department/have spoken to them on numerous occasions/ sent an affidavit and now Telkom wants to debit my account for almost R1666.38 where my normal monthly installment is R416. This is really unacceptable that I reported this ***** over a month ago and to date there has been no response to my emails sent to **********
