***** on account. ..Telkom useless!

<p>I took a cellphone contract with Telkom mobile in November 2016...but was only using the device but still having the aim in my possession. The aim had not been used.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise,someone had been using my TELKOM simcaRd ,calling India and making transfers to other numbers too.</p> <p> </p> <p>A amount of over 800.00 was de*****ed from my sim! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted at the service provided my telkom....because and I'm sent from pillar to post.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even got a case number for this *****... ********** 3...but nothing is being done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would discourage anyone from taking contracts with telkom mobile.</p> <p> </p> <p>The gross incompetence of their agents is appalling. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want assistance now!</p>
