***** on account

every now and again my account is higher with 200 plus and issue cannot be resolved i was told more than 5 years ago that they will cancel my debit order as they could not get the debit date right and now it states Account subscriptions & once-off charges on one page and Payment Rejection fee on the next and you cannot get hold of the accounts department and if you do they still beat around the bush and nothing gets resolved. My account is always payed more than 5 days before debit date
