***** - not repaying deposit

<p>I have tried every avenue to get my deposit of R700 back. My line has been discontinued December 2016. I have phoned 5 times, emailed 3 times, posted on FB messenger and attempted to chat to the online chatbot assistance, with NO RESPONSE. Surely there must be 100s of people giving up the attempt to get their deposit back if it proves to be such an impossible task.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am wondering what happens to those R700 deposits. Does Telkom just keep it? And all the interest on the money? This is *****, keeping money that belongs to someone else.</p>
