***** NOT INVESTIGATED

I'm so livid , On the 3rd of January there was a ***** account opened in my name at the Alberton City Telkom branch , I reported the matter and handed all the required documents on the 8th January , Ref ********** 9 . I've been calling and sending messages but absolutely nothing is been done to investigate this matter since , its been a month now and I have not received any communication. lo and behold a D/O for R6669.38 comes of from my account due to their sluggish ways and negligence . I'm livid and frustrated because noting is been done and this has negatively affected my credit profile even with my bank because of the reversal. I WANT THIS MATTER TO BE SOLVED ASAP,
