***** Mondo/Telkom

Dear Hellopeter, my wife bought a contract from Mondo it was dual but then she changed it and returned sim and device.. However she receives statements and billing still from the devices and sim she returned so someone is using the the device and we're paying for it. We called Mondo they refer us to Telkom then we call Telkom and they refer us to Mondo so what kind of circus is this. is this some sort of internal ***** or what?
