***** Matter not attended to

I have experienced the Worst Service From Telkom since February where i have been billed More on my cellphone Contract i went to the Clear water Branch were i was assisted by Josia Tshabalala who has not assisted me in anyway, he claim my contract number was given to another Person and he logged a ***** case which a case number was sent to me ***0 Josia said i will be contacted and its been exactly a Month and i still haven't gotten any Feedback from Him or From The ***** department and again i was billed more this month and i need the funds credited back and be contacted immediately
