Telkom cancelled ADSL in my parents' area and forced them to move to LTE. What they sneakily did in the background was start a new 24 month contract (my parents did not authorize a new contract). Now we have to jump through various departments and navigate their world of no accountability to get this resolved. To top this my parents were told that they would get 4mbps down, and 1mbps up. They're getting less than 1mbps down and up. If signal is to blame for this, I am going to call them out on this by saying that I am a Telkom Mobile customer and I'm writing this from my hotspot pairing with my phone and I am connected with 20mbps down and 1mbps up - seated from the same room as where the Telkom LTE router is.
