On the 28/10/2017 a phone was taken in telkom store at n1 city, Cape Town and on the 4/11/2017 and 2 iphone 7 was taken in Kenilworth center in Claremont, I have never been in Kenilworth center in my life. So I received sms on Sunday 5th November, stating that how would I rate the service I interacted with Victor, so it gave me a red flag, I phone call center and I was told that I have taken phones. I went to telkom store in n1 city, for my surprise **** id book was used, a male phone but everything was my details. I need telkom to pay for my expense, money I used for going up and out with police station and for the emotional stress they cause me, I was not sleeping, I have to close the bank i use of the long time and changed my debit order, all this because I trusted telkom with my personal details and today I am very stressful.
