***** from telkom

I had thee most horrible experience with telkom. December 2017 a smart broadband deal for i5 laptop and 10gig anytime data 10 gb night surfer was advertised For R499. I signed a Smart broadband deal I. December 2017. In March 2018 when their stock arrived the same deal is advertised by the sales manager went to change the deal to smart internet 5g anytime and night surfer data deal that was not even advertised without even consulting me.im paying R 620 instead of R500. I've been really fighting with telkom.This is *****, false adverti*****t and abuse of my consumer rights if something is advertised for 500 why must I pay more for half what I'm getting. There head office resolved it by giving me R2400 credit but I'm still paying R620 and half the data for a deal that was not advertised and there head office refuse to fix the deal but they admit that there employees committed *****. Do not support telkom. I want to get out of this deal really I would never ever recommend telkom they are too **********. And there customer care service sucks I've been in dispute since March 2017.
