2 year contract leads to extended payment

After numerous attempts to cancel the contract with Telkom on number ********** , they are still invoicing for the contract on a monthly basis and debiting my bank account with R399 even though the contract has expired in November 2017 and the number is already on prepaid. The contract was taken out at the end of October 2015 and as per other previous contracts, was scheduled for upgrade after 2 years. On 13 October 2017 my wife received the email that there was one month until she could upgrade. When going to The Grove Telkom store in order to upgrade the contract this weekend on Saturday 11 November 2017, my wife was told that she was not due for an upgrade until 2020, which is totally unacceptable seeing as we have paid off the 2 year contract of the phone already. The store consultants refused to help and were extremely rude, just laughing at the matter and telling us to contact the call center. Case numbers ********** 4 and ********** 8 were opened. It is an infinite circle to try and resolve anything as cases get opened and closed without resolve and you can never get a hold of a manager. Zero % accountability. Even after opening case *** with the National Consumer Commission has Telkom not contacted us once. They give you a missed call by ringing once and then hang up and close your case. DO NEVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM.!! THEY WILL **********LY TAKE YOUR MONEY YOU WORKED SO HARD FOR AND LAUGH IN YOUR FACE!!

"We do apologize for the inconvenience caused"? How about Financial burden caused by ******* debit orders?
