***** & dishonest!

<p>After raising a simple matter 10 days ago, telkom likes to send sms' to their customers saying they have tried calling them and cant get hold of them so they will be closing the case!!</p> <p>firstly they did not call, no proof of phone call/missed call, no message left, nothing, and then they send a text only to say we tried! IF U CANT GET HOLD OF ME ON YOUR NETWORK ITS YOUR NETWORK THAT HAS A PROBLEM!!!! how is this not obvious??? and then you lie about calling and then just close the case when nothing has been done about it! Telkom has access to my work number, my email and my home address, yet somehow a huge company cant get hold of their customer who has called about 8 times and spent over 4 hours on hold on their customer care line trying to speak to someone, and no one can help only those in the "back office" who cannot be contacted, can only receive emails! yet they still do not respond!</p> <p> </p>
