***** contract under my name

It been 3 months telkom deducting money on my account more 1000 every month first month i went to telkom and they couldn't help me i was told to contact customer care they will give me an email so i can send affidavit they don't have ***** department number nor contact number then i called customer care since today no luck of speaking to a consultant i wasted a lot of money with no help now i real don't know what to do
