***** committed by Telkom via their Tele-Sales
In June 2015, Telkom Sales Consultant by the name Oliphant called me and offered me a mobile router contract deal with a monthly payable premium of R60.

She indicated that once-off amount of R199 or R99 was going to be debited in my account, then after the monthly premiums of R60 were going to be debited.

I tele-accepeted this deal. Few days later she called me and requested a delivery address for the device, during week days and office hours. So I gave her my work address for delivery purpose.

June, July August passed by without and deduction nor follow up written agreement by/from Telkom. In July I stopped using the device. On the 19 August 2015 I sent a cancellation e-mail to Telkom Cancellations:

Reasons for my early termination I stated were: ********* business practice: failure to timeously honour their obligation and only sending me 3-month late statement to the wrong address and a messed up/ ******* amounts on the statements that were not agreed upon when I telephonically accepted this data contract.

Numerious times, I have called Telkom on this matter and to date they have not attended to this matter professionally, instead they have sent me to their debt collectors
