***** Case Terrible Service

My experience is still terrible. Somebody committed ***** on my ID taking out 2 contracts and a router. I now owe R7000 for contracts I never took out. They said it was taken out online however they never actually spoke to me doing a contract. Its been two months and i am still waiting for feedback and i am unable to do anything for myself being blacklisted. Telkoms service is terrible and slow. I am still awaiting for my case to be allocated to a consultant which I was promised would be within 7 working days however its been 2 months. I am going to the ombudsman
