***** Case not investigated at all by Telkom.

The ***** investigation team at telkom is terrible. I am blacklisted for a ***** Device which was not taken out by me, I logged the ***** case 1st week of January 2021, its March 2021, no one called me back to date, I called so many times to escalate the matter even went to their Head Office but no help, all I received is promises to call me back which never happens. I got a ***** case no. ***2, but it seems no one is willing to help.

Anyone who is thinking of taking up a contract with Telkom, please dont. The day something wrong or an error happens with your account, your ITC will be destroyed and you will call till you go blue, and no one from their team will assist.

What's sad is that I was under a ***** attack and they openned accounts with MTN, Vodacom & Telkom. I have received confirmations from MTN & Vodacom that the ***** account will be cancelled and they even gave a letter confirming I dont owe them anything. Yet I am being called by debt collectors for Telkom, telling me I owe them for a ***** device.

Your service is poor, and your network is not good either. As soon as this mess is sorted out, I am never taking out a contract with Telkom ever again.
