***** case not attended too

Last year on the 6th of November 2015 someone used my ID number to get contracts from Telkom at their musgrave branch.Debit orders started going off my bank account in December and due to this I had to close my account.I spoke to a lady from the call center by the name of Thobile Celesta Msimango and she told me to submit my affidavit and copy of ID to her so she can forward it to their ***** department.I submitted the docs on the 23rd of December and she gave me this reference number ***0.No one has attended to the matter and bills are still being sent to my previous address.Bottom line is I do not have a contract with Telkom and do not wish to have one.Please remove this off my name.
