I have never opened an account at telkom yet telkom is billing me every month I even lodged a complain with them but they are not assisting when I call they always say ***** department is busy I want my claim to be looked a d dealt with because I can not take this anymore

13 Oct 2018, 09:03thank you for the response but what i would like to see happen is the debit order that is taking place to be stopped its costing me a lot of money because other debit orders are being returned due to telkom taking all my salary and i have to go to the bank and reverse the money always while the investigation is still ongoing please cancel the debit order cause i owe you nothing for the people i owe to be able to get their money in time
