***** case

<p>In November 2016 I discovered that someone took out ********** contracts in my name. I made Telkom aware of this and told me to get a sworn affidavit which I did on the 20th November 2016 and sent it to Telkom Loch Logan Bloemfontein and they logged a ***** case. A week later when I called the call centre I was informed no case was logged and I had to re-do the process. Phumla Cele assisted me with logging a ***** case on the 30 November 2016. Since then this useless service provider (Telkom) has not been contacted once nor assigned the case to an investigator to the case. Every single time I call the so called customer “care” line I get the same response “the ***** unit doesn’t have direct lines and we don’t know why no-one has called you nor do we know when will they actually call you”. Now Monday 20th February 2017 marked exactly 3 months since I brought this issue to Telkom. When is Telkom planning to address this matter?</p>
