***** Case .

Since my name has being cleared off the Telkom ***** case ( Telkom Mobile 8ta) i have being waiting for the Email with Telkom letter head confirming the clearence of my name because i receive the SMS confirming it.. it has being two weeks now sincr i asked for jst a mere Email but they failong to send it...Now Banks cant approved my Homeloan without that Email and now the Estate Agents are on my Case they even considering selling that house to someone else..so im on a verdy of lossing a house just because of an Email...Im realy ****ed off about how Telkom treating their Customer myb if i ws White person they would have treated me differently and responded in time..im not happy at all with the way telkom is handling my case...This is jst poor managent from such big Company...im veru disappointed
