***** Case .

Around December 2015 someone opened a 8ita Contract nd took Iphone6 and SamSung phone..I reported this case as i see money being derbited on my account..A ***** case ws opened and they said they wil deal with it....Now the problem is i want to buy a house so at the Bank they cant give me homeloan because of this case..i contacted Telkom to Atleast give me a letter with Telkom Letter head jst to show that they are busy with this case Because that is what at the Bank told me they neeed it..Now Telkom is refusing to give me the letter which means im gonna loss on a opportunity to own my own home because of the Poor System they using at Telkom<br> .<br> Im very Disappointed and disgraced about how Telkom is handling this matter...Its their fault to give someone a contract wthout eveb varyfieng whether the person taking the contract its ne real accounts holder...now for their useless system and carelessness they costing me mylife now..Just imagen is four Months now even the State Agents are pulling back because i donnot have a bank financing..Im very disappointed on how such big company is failing to just think and resolve this matter...wat i only need now its just a letter
