***** by Telkom

Telkom is deducting R3300 a month from my account for 2 years without my consent, i have gone in multiple times to cancel a contract that i did not request. They owe me R35000 and i have logged multiple ***** cases and they just reject it. How can you firstly not act on a cancellation and then start deducting R3300 a month without consent? I don't have a sim or a line or anything with them. And no one can help me, I am so frustrated - this must be *******!
