<p>I had taken my cell phone contract on 16 Nov 2015 with expectations of my contract ending in nov 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had taken a laptop contract in feb 2016 which I was unhappy about and returned within 7 days which telkom was supposed to cancel that contract. instead those smarties decided to cancel my cell phone contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>finally they 'reinstated' my cell phone contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>today when I went to check on my phone upgrade they say my phone contract only expires in jan 2018.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never been a happy client of telkom </p> <p>telkom has even debited my bank account for someone else's contract </p> <p> </p>

Please note you you will be due for an upgrade in October 2017, you can go to the store in October and ask them to contact Back Office Billing Team for your upgrade for further assistance with months adjustment on the system.

how can my upgrade be due in Oct 2017 when my contract ends in nov 2017? my upgrade supposed to be in September 2017. which is 2 months before my contract expires

how telkom does their calculations even qualified accountants don't even know as telkom only robs everyone. I want to upgrade my contract now and not in Oct!
