***** at telkom carnival mall

Careful when you go to telkom carnival mall, I went there to change my personal details because a debit order did not go through I used to get paid on the 25th but now it's last day of the month but now apparently I have renewed a contract worsed part is that I had taken another router with a knowledge that a contract was close to 24 months and now I'm paying for 2 router's and they don't help me with the *****. I even went to police stations and made a statement and emailed to them but nothing. From March to September nothing is happening. A 2 years contract has turned to 3-4 years.
