***** at Telkom

I have taken out two contracts with Telkom for over a year. I have been paying the correct amount for the past few months until, April. On the 30th of April 2022, Telkom charged me extra when I checked the invoice I saw that there was a contract added to my name. I immediately called the Telkom call center only to be told that they can't do anything and things like this happen all the time. As told by the agent Telkom sometimes has ********** contracts put on customers' contracts. I was told to go into one of the Telkom branches which I did. I went to the gateway express Telkom and the manager on that branch saw to me. I would like to leave his name out of this to protect him. He informed me that there are no documents for that **** contract that Telkom has invoiced me, there is no evidence showing I took that contract or even was given that device. I was told that he would stop that contract so I won't be charged and that he would contact Telkoms ***** department so I would get the money owed to me. Due to this, I went into debt because other accounts were not paid. I informed him about it and he said he would try his best to see what Telkom could do for me and sent me on the way. That's when all the drama and stress started with Telkom. I was charged again, and Telkom started taking out any amount they wanted. I called in, and went to the branch and opened up over 5 cases. I went to the police station even contacted a lawyer. All the agents either made fun of me for trying to get my money back and stop this, or I was told things like this from Telkom managers: "Telkom agents sometimes put **** contracts on people's names so they can up their sales, you're not the only one so relax". How can I relax? I can't reverse it because I could get blacklisted, I couldn't stop it. I was helpless, I had any amount taken out, I couldn't buy things or I was short for other accounts. I don't know who else can help me that's why I turned to hello peter. If you can help me or know someone who can help me please share my story.
