***** AT TELKOM!!!

Care to explain how a ********** transaction took place in your Telkom Mthatha Branch??? My mother only purchased the unlimited WIFI router for R850 pm. Now…a Samsung Zflip and a Smar****ch have been added onto her account and are debiting from her account monthly without her knowledge or consent. A ***** case was opened Mid October and we were promised to get feedback by beginning of November. *** and also ***. We spent the whole festive season without any feedback from Telkom or their ***** unit.

This is absolutely appalling. I am extremely unhappy with @TelkomZA. How did this person approve the transaction without my mothers consent? Could it be someone from your Telkom offices??? Someone has to be accountable. We demand an urgent explanation regarding this.
