***** at Telkom

So recently i have a victim of ***** at Telkom. Opened a case and waited for the Telkom ***** department to investigate the case. They came back after 3 months saying my case is declined because my I.D was used to take out 2 cellphone contracts. All happened at Tableview branch while I was at work in Somerset West. If this is how Telkom treats their loyal customers, I am forced to take this matter further. I also have the name of the person supposedly responsible for the authorization at the branch.
