***** at it's best

I complained last month about being over charged, they said they will fix it and my money will be reversed as I was paying for insurance that I canceled in April as well, they went on to debit my account for the device and insurance again this month, after I specifically told them to stop debiting my account for charges I don't know. They said my money from April till now will be refunded but that hasn't happened yet. I need this resolved asap.
