***** as have not received refund on over payment of account

Have sent several e mails to Telkom personnel ( and Hellopeter) enclosing account and bank details of over payment of R354.35. This has been ongoing since May 2017 and have not received any feed back. This is definitely a case of *****, and does not bode well for a government department to commit this type of crime. How many other clients have been in the same situation.
