***** AND ********!!!!

I'm really disappointed in Telkom! I took a contract phone on the 12 March 2022. The 1st payment went through on the 25th April 2022 and suddenly in May when I receive the statement I see a number I don't know. Someone from your stuff members added their numbers to my account, I have to pay for my account and a number I don't know. That person is getting free data and airtime under my expense. I've been going to the shop and they claim to have opened a case but there's no progress.I currently have 3 case numbers. I want you to cancel the other number and refund me money in full!
