***** and false advertising

So after repeatedly trying to upgrading online for their online package which you only qualify for when done online, I am still waiting for a respond. When you phone the sales department follow the voice prompts to the online department there is no online department. When asked to get proof that the agent as made contact with the online department he is not allowed, so u must take their word, when asking to whom you speaking to they are not allowed, so I do ask Telkom how are we suppose to be your clients if we are being treated this way. So false advertising because the online deals never get put on your details, false advertising off getting free stuff when app**** online, but you don't get it, so *****, do I need to go on!!!
