This company is committing *****: 1. The products you pay for it is not what you get. 2. The chat line is not working, bad service 3. close to the end of the month you wifi becomes very slow, even if it is uncapped

Apologies for the late reply. All ISP's enforce shaping to prevent congestion on exchanges and is in the terms and conditions.
We provide night surfer data to prevent clients from using their day time data on dsl and mobile.
