***** ALERT! DON'T EVER GIVE TELKOM ACCESS TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT DIRECTLY!

I wanted to commemorate my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of ********** ACTIVITY with TELKOM. AND SERVE A WARNING TO ANYONE IT MIGHT HELP! As the title says, I was naive enough to allow TELKOM to debit my account directly, now a year since I cancelled ALL my services with them, I still get charged R340 every month. THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER R4000 FROM **********LY! I have phoned and emailed constantly, I have tried the self service on their website but to no avail. They just keep *****ing from me!
