***** Alert

Someone opened an account with my details early this. I had no idea I had an account under my name until I checked status on transunion. Then I was told that I owe Telkom and I blacklisted. I called Telkom to advise that I did not open any account and when opening an account are you not suppose to send me confirmation of the Telkom account ??? I sent an affidavit and my ID as advised and till date I haven't heard any thing all I'm getting is that it's been investigated. And I'm only told this when I call to follow up. I was even sent to the debt lawyers about this. I need my name to be cleared!!! I went to the Telkom branch and I was told that the investigation takes 20 working days ... it's been more than 20 days and no one has given me any feed back.

I need answers!
