***** account opened in November in my name still not resolved by Telkom with no feedback what so ever.

********** account opened with use of my ID and details in Telkom. On the 30th of November 2018 a debit order to Telkom Mobi in my account was presented yet I have no dealings with Telkom. I have no account nor app**** for any account with them. I noted this evening 3rd of December. I battled to get hold of them on 081180 as per the internet and sent message via the site. On the 4th I still battled to get through until the 5th where I was advised to open the case and affidavit. This was done on the 5th of December I sent the info to the consultant that was assist. She never responded as promised to confirm the receipt of the documents. I called on the 6th at this day the consultatn opened the ***** case 26 00 90 69. She asked me to email her the Affidavit, statment, certified copy of my Id and the case number which I did while we talk. She confirmed that she has received and attached the documents to the case.

She advised that it will take 72 working hours for the assessment and resolution of the case which is about 10 business days from the 6th. I followed up with this on many times from then. Till today this matter is not been resolved and they keep on debiting my account on different days for different amounts. The last amount debited this morning is R2200.

When I followed up this past Monday I was advised that this was touched on the 8th of February only and it was sent to a different division and still no one can answer by when will this be resolved.

This ***** account is opened in my name, my ID with ********** information and its not only debiting my account with debit orders that I reverse but it also reflecting my ITC/Experain as in arrears which is not good with my credit rating.

How long does it take Telkom to complete and investigation on the **********ly opened account once all the information requested is provided. No one even bothers to call or email you do give progress on this or if its even looked at??
