***** ACCOUNT = NO ATTENTION - NOW LEGAL ACTION!!!

Telkom was on numerous occasions in the past notified of a ********** account which was opened with another individuals details which debit order was now ********ly being deducted from their account. Obviously Telkom did absolute NO EFFORT in handling this matter and have in the interim handed the account over to VVM Attorneys for legal action. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS as peoples lives and income are at stake!! People who have been retrenched and have no additional income!!! They \keep on looking in to the matter"- is this up until you hand them over to legal because you cannot resolve the actual issue???
