Telkom reviewed my account after I lodged a complaint of debt collectors calling my cell phone of outstanding balance n yes after me traveling 300km to my nearest branch they found out it was indeed *****.since then I have not recieved any clearance letter or the resolution from itc.the ***** accounts still appears on my name yet they resolved 3 months ago.help me
