To whom it may concern

I would like to complain about telkom. I received a call from telkom stating that I have won a prize a cellphone and R10000 reward but I needed to activate that prize by buying R100 worth of airtime, i did that after that they told me to donate R1000 to Mandela foundation or gift of the givers so that i can now increase my price money to R20000 which I did. Once that was done I received another call that I need to make another payment(donation) of R1000 to increase my price money to R30000 that's when I requested my money back they sad i need to pay a cancelation fee of R115 till today I haven't received any refund from them.

Please help me investigate as i need my refund back.
