I am not a telkom mobile user but two separate debit orders of telkom mobile contracts went off my bank account. Went to Telkom to question it...Telkom stated that two accounts were opened in my name..one had a address of Boksburg and I stay in Port Elizabeth. Reported it to Telkom...had a affidavit drawn op at the Police station...submitted it to Telkom and they opened up a ***** case. 6 phone calls later and still no results...a investigation should have been conducted by Telkom as advised but nothing has been done. Still having debit orders of the false accounts deducted every month.. I am in the process of taking legal action as this is *****....can Telkom contact me on ***
