I only have Fibre internet with Telkom. Last year August, 2 cellphone contracts were taken out on my name which was not me. They used a different e-mail address, residential address and contact number. Telkom has all my correct info, do not understand how all these different details could be used to open accounts on my name when they have all my correct info. I believe that Telkom employees are in on it. I shortly after reported this to Telkom for investigation, submitted an affidavit. Still no feedback. I tried to follow up but no one can give me an answer on what is going on, only tells me that I will be contacted with the outcome of the investigation.
